Jakarta, June 18, 2026 – Easylink participated in the 2026 Pre-Departure Seminar organized by the Embassy of France in Indonesia – Institut français d’Indonésie (IFI) in collaboration with Campus France Indonesia. The event took place on June 18, 2026, at IFI Jakarta in a hybrid format and was attended by 319 participants, consisting of 131 in-person participants and 188 online participants.
The 2026 Pre-Departure Seminar is an important event for Indonesian students who will be pursuing higher education in France. Through this seminar, participants receive a variety of practical information regarding preparations for their departure, ranging from administrative procedures and student life in France to cultural adaptation, as well as academic and career opportunities.
The event also brought together various stakeholders in the Indonesia–France education ecosystem, including the Indonesian Students Association in France (PPI Prancis), France Alumni, alumni, institutional partners, and the Indonesian Embassy in Paris. The presence of these speakers and communities provided students and parents with a more comprehensive overview of how to prepare for studying abroad.
As part of the digital financial services ecosystem, Easylink’s participation in this initiative demonstrates its support for global mobility, particularly for Indonesian students who will be pursuing their education abroad. Easylink understands that the need for cross-border transactions is a key aspect of studying abroad, ranging from money transfers and payments to managing transactions in a more practical and secure manner.

This year’s seminar also serves as part of the momentum to strengthen cooperation between Indonesia and France in the field of higher education. This is further evident through various collaborative initiatives, including the expansion of scholarship opportunities through the LPDP–France program and the new LPDP–Paris-Saclay initiative. This collaboration reinforces both countries’ commitment to supporting the development of the younger generation, research, academic mobility, and international collaboration.
