Account Setup & Verification

Deleting an Easylink Personal account can be done via the Easylink application which can be downloaded from the Appstore or Playstore.
The steps to delete an Easylink account are as follows:

1. Click on the profile icon on the bottom right side of the Easylink application display.
2. Click on "settings & support".
3. Click "delete account".
4. Select the reason for account deletion then click "continue to cancel account" Login to your Easylink account.
5. Click on the profile icon on the bottom right side of the Easylink application display.
6. Click on "settings & support".
7. Click "delete account".
8. Select the reason for account deletion then click "continue to cancel account".

You can change the email registered on Easylink by following these steps:

1. Login to your Easylink account.
2. Click the profile settings menu at the bottom left.
3. Click the "edit" button next to the registered email.
4. Follow the new email verification steps.

Anda dapat melakukan reset password dengan langkah sebagai berikut:
1. Kunjungi easylink.id atau buka aplikasi Easylink di perangkat Anda
2. Klik "Login"
3. Klik "Lupa password" dan ikuti langkah reset password
